My number one goal as your realtor is to provide you with first class service and to keep you informed before and throughout the Real Estate experience. First, I like to start with a consultation on what your goals are with Real Estate and explore all the avenues that are open to you. I also feel it is imperative to look at all the potential tax consequences of your Real Estate transaction.

I currently hold the GRI designation, which only twenty-two percent of Realtors in the nation have. To obtain this designation, as well as the others I hold, I was required to attend numerous classes throughout the country and pass amazing classes throughout the years. I also hold the CRS designation. Only four percent of the nation’s Realtors have this designation. This class concentrated on the overall needs of Real Estate clients from first timers to the experienced investor and how to serve their needs.

I also hold the certified New Home Construction Specialist designation. We concentrated on construction and follow up after purchase. For me this was an easy class, since I am already a licensed California general contractor. I no longer use my license in the field, so to speak. Along with this, I have the Senior Real Estate Specialist, which by title; I learned the ins-n-outs of representing seniors on their move to a generally smaller single level home. The course also looked at the tax consequences of such a move.

To finish off my current training, I took the Luxury Homes classes to obtain that designation. Wow, what an incredible resource and learning experience about that segment of our market! A wonderfully enlightening experience.

Hopefully you can see that I am committed to understanding your needs and I am always trying to excel in ways to meet those. I truly enjoy my business life in Real Estate of 15 years, but I do have a personal life. I am an avid hiker, recently climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, and enjoying my family life with our typically challenging teenage daughters.
