     For anyone needing more "why's", here are my reasons. My mother wanted to sell her house, and my husband and I wanted to sell ours, also. They were both well cared for houses that we felt would sell quite easily as far as a simple sell.  Except it wasn't simple.  My mother was in intensive treatment for cancer, and I was her primary caregiver.  That meant my husband and I had 2 houses to get ready to have shown and sold amidst many medical appointments and the emotional ups and downs of her failing health.  And it was Christmas time. 

     Kristi was so understanding and worked with us, and for us, for scheduling showings and inspections.  She even took my mom's house off the market for a week, twice, because mom wasn't able to leave her house so it could be shown.  My mom's house sold quickly, for the price we desired (although two other realtors told us we were dreaming) .  During the final paper signing, explanations, and escrow, my mom's health took a quick downward spiral, and Kristi made every effort to keep me informed not only of business, inspections, paperwork, etc., but also checked in on me and my emotional health. She is just that kind of person. My mom passed away before escrow closed and the house went into a trust, which just added more confusing paperwork. But Kristi kept on top of it and made the transition as easy as possible, at a very difficult time.  

     My husband's and my house also sold quickly, after my mom's.  Once again, Kristi Machado made it happen in a very cordial manner. Don't get me wrong, Kristi isn't a push over.  She stood our ground for us when representing our interests and desires.  We moved out of the state while our house was still in escrow.  Kristi again kept us informed and managed all the paperwork through emails, texts, phone calls, and internet legal documents, etc.  She even arranged for our yard to be kept presentable until the new owner moved in, etc.  

     We are forever grateful to Kristi Machado, and her realtor skills and especially her personal attention to detail and personable attention to her clients.
